EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT: PSGCNJ 2012-2013 Budget: By the Numbers

Last week, PSGCNJ’s Executive Council announced a $5,400 budget for its first year in existence as an independent organization.
The bare-bones budget provides for 12 months of continued operations for all member services and advances PSGCNJ’s path toward tax-exempt status on the federal and state level.

Another way to support PSGCNJ is to donate any of the “in-kind” items listed below, for example the white board or DVD/R.
Here is a line-item breakdown of this year’s budget:
Executive Council ($1,955):
- 501(c)3 tax-exempt designation: $400
- Strict Liability Insurance: $305
- Director & Officer Insurance: $500
- Deductible (reserve): $500
- UPS Mailing Address: $250
Membership ($880):
- Copy paper: $400
- Printer ink: $250
- Member badges: $105
- Stick-on badges: $ 60
- Photocopies: $ 65
Training ($500):
- White Board: $200
- Photocopies: $300
Opportunity ($460)
- Employer Brochures: $180
