Accountability, fiscal responsibility and record keeping are important qualities, especially for members of the Finance and Membership Committee
. Financial reporting, operating and capital budgets development, expense management and maintenance of the membership database are entrusted to the Finance and Membership Committee
. Financial results are reported on a monthly and annual basis in accordance with accounting rules for a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. The committee is also responsible for statutory and federal filings.
