Some time ago, PSGCNJ joined the Somerset County Business Partnership (SCBP). To learn about SCBP’s history, it mission, and how other organizations have used it to become successful, come listen Diana Sieberg, IOM Vice President of Member Services for SCBP, talk about the partnership on Monday, November 11th during a PSGCNJ general meeting.
During her presentation, entitled: Using the Resources of the Somerset County Business Partnership as Your Platform for Success, Diana will explain the advantages PSGCNJ members can enjoy now that their organization has joined the partnership.
In 1996, Diana began her not-for-profit career with SCBP, formerly known as the Somerset County Chamber of Commerce, and has maintained her position, handling Member Services, through the 2001 merger that resulted in the formation of the partnership.
Diana continued her education and has since graduated from the United States Chamber of Commerce Institution for Organizational Management, receiving a Certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management.
She and her husband own an appliance business in Manville Borough; and, Diana says owning her own business offers her a unique perspective in defining the needs of other small business owners and has given her the ability to customize SCBP’s benefits to help other local businesses enhance their prosperity. Her first-hand understanding of the challenges that face current, and potential, SCBP members have helped her provide the necessary services that SCBP members need to succeed.
