MEMBER PROFILE: Ellen Schwartz

Ellen Schwartz joined PSGCNJ in the spring of 2012 and now serves on PSGCNJ’s Executive Committee as the Lead Co-Chair for the Training Committee. Back-up Host/Facilitator for the Monday General Membership Meetings, she frequently attends Marketing & Event Committee meetings as well.
Anyone interested in volunteering with the Training Committee is invited to attend their weekly meetings, Thursday from 10 am-12 pm at Wegmans in Bridgewater (Rt. 202 S) in the upstairs dining area.

Fun Fact:        I hosted a local public access television show for about a year featuring local businesses, organizations and non-profits covering special events and activities. Among many local residents and organization leaders I interviewed, I had the opportunity to interview Steve Forbes and Donald Trump.

Special Skills: Promoting companies to increase visibility and brand awareness, good will and profitability, through innovative marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships and creating engaging events. Core strengths include strategic planning, business development, marketing and promotions, and complete event production from conception to implementation. Events include, but not limited to, educational seminars and workshops, tradeshows and expos, health fairs, community festivals, music concerts, product launches, grand openings and other special events. I bring energy and enthusiasm to all projects and challenges. Inspired by creative and talented teams and individuals, I always seek to produce exceptional results.
Looking For: Senior Community Relations and Event Marketing position (Manager or Director) ideally in one of the following areas: healthcare, health & wellness, bio-tech, education, or event industry. Preferably located in central NJ.
