Vicki Gaddy is Vice President of the Life Sciences Talent Network at BioNJ, the state’s biotechnology trade association. With more than 20 years of experience working as a Human Resources professional, she is presently responsible for coordinating and strengthening BioNJ’s extensive workforce development program.

Please refrain from parking in the church parking lot. Metered parking is available on West High Street. (Be sure to put enough money in the meter, a single parking ticket can cost you $24!) Unmetered parking is also available on West High Street and on some of the side streets near the church.
In addition to her HR experience, Vicki has a wealth of experience in job search techniques, networking, and career counseling. She coaches individuals and provides classroom courses. She served as Senior Director of HR at Virgin Mobile, worked in senior-level positions at Mannkind Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company, Nitorum Corporation, International Pharmaceutical Research, Inc., and Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc., of Tarrytown, New York.
